WooCoin is an exchange value created for use in WooMarkt..
- Every time you buy from WooMarkt you earn WooCoins.
- The first time you register with WooMarkt we credit 50 WooCoins to your account.
- Each WooCoins have up to 0.1 euros of value for exclusive use in WooMarkt.
- You can redeem your WooCoins in the next purchases you make in WooMarkt.
- You need a minimum of 45 euros in your cart to redeem WooCoins.
- If you return a product or cancel an order, you lose the WooCoins that you used in that purchase.
- You will be able to access your account to see the WooCoins balance you have.
- Your WooCoins balance has an expiration of 6 months.
There are 2 levels of role, with a characteristic each one of them. Level up according to orders:
1.- WooMarkt SILVER
- Earn up to 5% WooCoins on every purchase.

The order will be prepared for shipment within a maximum of 2 business days (under normal conditions) from the confirmation of receipt of payment.

The delivery time is usually between 2 to 7 days, once the order leaves the logistics centers.
Depending on the service chosen, the carrier will normally try 3 times to deliver the goods, or will take the items to a collection point where the recipient can collect it.
In case of not being able to deliver the goods, all the carriers will leave a notice to the recipient indicating the steps to follow to collect the package.
